Theodore Harrison Holdings (“we”, “us”) operates theodoreharrisonholdings.com. This page explains what we collect through this website, why, and what we do with it. It is written to be read rather than to be survived.

What we collect

Only what you send us. When you submit the enquiry form we receive the name, email address, company, website, service interest, budget range, timeline, and message you enter. We do not ask for anything else, and there is no account to create.

Our hosting provider processes standard server request data (IP address, user agent, and requested URL) as a normal part of serving the site and protecting it from abuse. We use the requesting IP address to rate-limit the enquiry form.

How we use it

Enquiry details are used to reply to you and to scope potential work. That is the entire purpose. We do not add enquirers to a marketing list, we do not run automated email sequences, and we do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their own purposes.

Who processes it

The site is hosted on Vercel, and enquiry emails are delivered through an email service provider. These providers process the data on our behalf in order to run the site and deliver messages to us. If we ever add analytics or other third-party services, this page will be updated before they go live.

How long we keep it

Enquiry correspondence is retained in our email system for as long as it is commercially relevant, and for record-keeping where we are required to keep it. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time and we will do so, subject to any legal obligation to retain records of a contracted engagement.

Your choices

Write to teddy@theodoreharrisonholdings.com to ask what we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. Depending on where you live you may have additional statutory rights, and we will honour them.

Cookies

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Any cookies present are strictly operational ones set by our host to serve and secure the site.

Changes
